#1: Click "Download link" Then you see this

#2: Click "Download"

#3: After Downloading the file you see a ZIP file.

#4: After Extract the file you can see a "Documentations" file, Click the file next you see

#5: Click Index then you can see How to Edit your Theme/Template.
